Within five minutes from Glen Brook Country Club, 18 magnificent holes of golf!

The Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, a federal national park, is just three miles away. Here you will find miles of nature trails for hiking including a part of the famous Maine to Georgia Appalachian Trail. The Delaware River which runs through the park offers boating, fishing and swimming with minutes of the hotel.

Shopping? Say no more...the Pocono Outlet complex, 20 factory outlet stores is just a five minute walk! The quaint stores and shops of downtown historic Stroudsburg are just footsteps away, and the largest factory outlet in the Poconos, The Crossings which features some 150 outlets is a ten minute drive! Indoor shopping at the Stroud Mall is also a five minute drive away.

Pocono Mountains attractions: Callie's Candy Kitchen (watch candies of all kinds being made), American Candle Factory (Candle making demonstrations and a wonderful gift shop) Bushkill Falls (5 scenic waterfalls...wear your hiking shoes), Pocono Indian Museum, Pocono Snake Farm, Camelback Ski area, Shawnee Mountain Ski area (both year round attractions), and lots of others for children of all ages are near us... a short drive through our beautiful mountains.

Education an Interest? The East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania is a five minute drive and the beautiful brand new Hughes Library is just blocks away! Our Guest Services Department is pleased to offer our guests a self guided walking tour of the historical town of Stroudsburg which points out the old forts, founding fathers homes, etc.

Flying In? The Lehigh Valley International Airport, Allentown, PA is a forty minute drive south. The Scranton-Wilkes Barre International Airport, Avoca, PA is one hour north. For the smaller planes, the East Stroudsburg Airport is ten minutes north.
